ok yesterday went really well but then i binged at night! :( i always do that :( but today went better breakfast: tea 0 lunch: gummy bears 90 snack: bar 190 dinner: 5 pieces of veggie sushi 100.. i had gym practice for two hours, im just glad i didnt go on a crazy snacking raid after school

k well i was suposed to fast today, but my family went to panera: but i did ok breakfast: -0 lunch: at panera - chicken noodle soup- 80 (lowest thing on the menu haha) iced green tea- 50 dinner: - 0
blahh i did really bad today and gained the pound i lost back :( Breakfast- skinney docle latte - 90 scone - :((((( 200 lunch- bunch of cracker- 200 blahh dinner- pigged out on some lucky charms :(((( mehhh sooo today went really bad so im fasting tommorw for sure, and then monday and tuesday hopefully, cause i have to find a way to not eat lunch with my friends

day 1 500 calories breakfeast- apples w/ caramel 80 tea crisp wafer 20 tea 0 lunch- fiber one bar 140 half a dounut (had to my friends would suspect something) 200? dinner- tea 0 total: 420 also i have gymnastics sooo yaa thats excersize
so im starting this new diet tommorow called the OYE diet, so basically you eat (0)atmeal for breakfeast, (Y)ogurt for lunch and (E)gg for dinner. its probably around 600 calories. i think its gonna work casue i really like yogurt. and eggs. and oatmeal. haha :)
litterly it is my only weakness. i didnt eat anything today to save up for eating candy , but now i feel sick and regretfull :(
