mehh today went good at first but i need some advice, how do you guys keep from snacking?

yay i lost a pound from yesterday so now 122.4

dinner: 5 peice veggie sushi 100?
a little greek yogurt with some granola and honey 100
ok yesterday went really well but then i binged at night! :( i always do that :(
but today went better
breakfast: tea 0
lunch: gummy bears 90
snack: bar 190
dinner: 5 pieces of veggie sushi 100..
i had gym practice for two hours, im just glad i didnt go on a crazy snacking raid after school
